Cancellation Policy
To ensure each guest enjoys a thoughtfully prepared experience, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour or workshop for a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the experience are non-refundable, as food, materials, and personalized preparations have already been made. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible—we'll do our best to accommodate a transfer to another available date when circumstances allow.
Booking Rules & Terms
Minimum 3-day advance booking window.
No bookings within 72 hours of event date.
Public tours: Full payment at booking; 48-hour cancellation for a refund.
Private tours & workshops: A 25–50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date, with the balance due 7–14 days before the experience.
